Sonic Drive-in - Ellensburg

I’m 100% convinced this is a fake sonic, we received our nasty cold food in white paper bags, and our drinks in solid white cups…?Burgers were wrapped in white paper instead of sonic wrapper, and it advertised “mini brands” toys in the kids meal but we got some kind of plastic thing. They do not show up in the sonic app and do not accept the app for payment (Sus)The food was nasty, dry, and just weird all around, even after waiting 20 minutes for It.I don’t know if Washington just does it like this or this is legit a fake sonic ?I will say, the Coca Cola is absolutely amazing though! So my star goes to the coke because it was so sweet and refreshing.

Wish I would have read the reviews before we stopped! The cheeseburger my husband ordered was burnt to a crisp, the cheese wasn't melted, and the buns were stale and felt cold to the touch. As I was pulling it out of the bag I honestly wondered if he had ordered a cold sandwich. Nope, it was just a sorry excuse for a cheeseburger. My son ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken looked like it came from a bag of frozen pattys you buy at Walmart. The slush was more liquid than ice and tasted watered down. Listening to the workers in the back, as we waited inside, seemed like a bunch of teenagers were running the show. My husband even commented that he wondered if the manager had quit. Needless to say, we threw everything away. What a waste of time and money!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Filthy tables, slow service when not busy, brown lettuce, half of a tomato, half of a chicken filet so hard it could break a tooth..owners or managers are MIA. A refund was an inconvenience, but finally given

Giving this sonic a chance at redemption. Overall a really good expirience, they were willing to make accommodations for our order because we had a trailer and could not go through the drive though. Customer service was excellent, and the place was nice and cool in the heat. Our order was correct, which is very rare for our family. My only complaints were that they were out of a lot of things, to no fault of the employees, and the bathrooms were pretty gross. Food itself was as expected of fast food, Carmel milkshake is great. Overall a good spot to break up a long road trip.

Took 45 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 drinks, both of which were messed up. Terrible service, not coming back
