Winegar's Coffee Creamery (university Alder)

I can never really enjoy the peppermint-laden drinks at this restaurant. Especially after I tried their hot chocolate with peppermint. I will not be ordering any drinks here anymore. This has happened multiple times and in my personal opinion, the quality has declined since the pandemic started.

I'm totally addicted to their extreme bulls! so delicious and brings me through my day. Inside is cozy and comfortable. the staff is friendly and their breakfast burritos are also quite good. I love the place! update: I love the staff more and more, every time I visit. they always make sure that I am satisfied with my extreme bull drink and if I don't like it, they will add a taste or 2 to change it. they are just all amazing! they know me with names and usually have pulled my reward account before I even get through the door. They make me feel like a part of the family, just by remembering my name! the personal is again amazing! update: his official, everyone here knows my name! *update: I have made a close with the drinking of energy drinks. but found out that I still have my white coffee and weingarne. they helped me find exactly what I liked (because I'm new to coffee). many of my favorite staff have moved and launched a new chapter in their lives. but the current staff is still great.

My drink is good. the processes need to be reassessed, the service time is far more than acceptable.

I have never seen so many flies in a restaurant before. There must be a huge fly trap somewhere inside. There is a giant fly trap on the counter next to where we were eating, with hundreds of dead flies on it. I couldn't bring myself to order anything and I ended up leaving.

I am very disappointed with the new packaging and dull containers at this restaurant. It's a shame to see them lose their local charm and uniqueness by trying to mimic a Ben & Jerry's style. I can find better ice cream in similar sized containers at a more affordable price elsewhere. The local business in Cle Elum where I was today mentioned that they are no longer carrying this restaurant's products, and I can see why.
