American Deli - Ellenwood

I'm feeling hungry and was about to call to place an order, but after reading the reviews, I've changed my mind. No thanks!

The man at the reception grabbed a ranch, and two shots fell out of the box. They acted as if they didn't notice. However, the customer service was excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my mother to American Deli for lunch before work, and our experience was disappointing. The person who took our order was quite rude, making us feel like we were an inconvenience. I ordered a gyro with wings, but was told the wings wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. However, when we returned to check on our order, we saw them frying wings for someone else.

Have not eaten in American Deli since a teenager, but this place was very clean and organized. The wings were very tasty and decent size, tasteful and cooked, as I asked. The wings were not oversized or tiny, what I had expected

The philly cheese steaks was great, but wings need more seasoning. Customer service could have been better.
