Heinsens Ellerbek

In an early Saturday evening we wanted to enjoy a nice dinner with our children in Heinsens. After the waitress had received our order very kindly, the boss came to our table a short time later. After the end of the phone call, you rusted us that it has to be very quiet here. We weren't sure who exactly she was talking about right now, but after you showed our children that it was quiet in their restaurant, we realized that the children had to be meant. These had probably not made more noise than a laughing guest. We then offered her that we could go. This offer was thankful to the boss who had already spoken in Rage. She has no desire for children's noise and we can also tell everyone about it and publish it on the Internet (we are happy to meet her). The boss didn't let it take us to the door. We are absolutely speechless and it goes without saying that we will never go there again. And in the sense of guest and also host you cannot visit this restaurant with children.

The reservation about OPEN Table was allegedly not arrived. Showing the e-mail did not interest the service any further. There were only shoulder patches. We then got a mini table where you could eat like that. Unfortunately, the food was not so recommended this time. The frying potatoes were obviously out of the fryer and pretty hard. The pasta dish was dry. Nothing to see from a sauce. The ingredients of the pasta dish, peach and scampis were okay. Price/performance in our case too high.

Try to keep your high standard! Also a visit...only for between...is like a short holiday.

Was with my wife just before Christmas in the Heinsens. It should be a surprise for her as she wanted to go with me. Condition : no pasta for a change and likes to be linked to home! So the Christmas menu ordered : half duck plus starter and dessert plus wine package from beef for approx. EUR 110 for 2 persons. I don't remember the details soo exactly what I remember, though, that I and my accompaniment of A Z really did very well, which doesn't happen so often in restaurants. We enjoyed eating very slowly. This does not happen to you so often in our fast-lived time : if necessary, it is very well remembered that the really very sympathetic service, which without getting annoyed, has given the right amount of cordiality and care. The Heinsens is a tick under peekfein and thus also speaks to guests who simply want to eat well in a quiet and calm atmosphere. For me a nice change.

We were here for four with guests from southern Germany and all were very well done. The restaurant has a very good kitchen, combined with an atmosphere for well-being. Next time we book Bed-and-Breakfast!
