Ledo Pizza - Ellicott City

There was a piece of hair that pulled out from the side of the pizza box. I was sure it wasn't ours because I live with two girls and brother. He only shaved his hair so that his hair was not close to the length of this hair, which was certainly a guys hair. We all have a long hair. Because I didn't call them we just came back from a long trip and was too tired and hungry, even complaining, Also good, what the hair was not on the pizza, it was stuck from the side of the box.

I've eaten Ledo's pizza since I was a kid at University Park. I am sad to report that I can no longer recommend this local favorite. I command several stores and there is no consistency. The ingredients of pizza, cheese, crust and sauce are not the same. I'll probably order in the future, but my family isn't looking forward to pizza nights from Ledo's like before.

I really enjoy Ledo's pizza. Now my favorite thing is the hot paprika! The staff is always nice and my order was always ready when I arrive to pick it up

Unfortunately I had to change my review after today's experience. I have always liked the food but today the online ordering was terrible. It did not take my billing address for any of the cards I usually use. Then I called to confirm my order was in their system or I would just order over the phone. Yes the order is in. When we arrived the order was never put in I was assured my payment went through so we waited 40 more minutes and we were offered drinks but we were just sitting in the car hungry wanting to go home. I get this is Saturday during a pandemic but there is still many other places to go that have more efficient pickup process. This leaves a lot of room for improvement. P.s. the pizza was great eventually!
