River Street Tavern - Ellijay

We were very happy with our food and service. We sat right away, even though the place was crowded. Our order was quickly taken and our food served in 10 15 minutes. Our server always checked us to make sure we had everything we needed. The wings with Spicy Asian Sauce were definitely a hit very crispy what I guess. The burger of my wife with 4 different cheeses was a big hit. This is a place where I would definitely dine again.

Was looking for something else and this place fits perfectly to the bill! We sat immediately and our waiter was quick to get our drinks and take our order. Even if he sold the wings when describing their size! You were exactly what I was looking for so that it was good! I ordered the mango habanero and they were nice and crisp with exactly the right amount of sweet and heat! My wife ordered the spicy chicken and said, even if she had her nose run a little, it was delicious! We also ordered some fried pimples and although they were forgotten until after our food was ready as soon as we asked about them, they were quick to bring them. The decor was tidy with all the stuff on the wall and the dollar bills on the ceiling! We really enjoyed our trip here and would definitely eat here again if the chance is given.

Fantastic place to eat a really amazing bite and a few cold drinks. Service rocked and was super friendly. Food is amazingly not a bad bite, especially the homemade blue cheese dressing. Oh, my God, a little bit of heaven. Perfect for small groups, as there is no great place. We came early with our big group and they made it work!

A very authentic place Delicious Burgers, a wide selection of beers, the staff is friendly and always there. I recommend “the Taverna Burger” for sour beer lovers “sweet and sour IPA”. Must visit. The only thing if she had burgers in a salad would be 5 in general

Adorable place. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Prices were good. Wonderful hot chocolate and French dip! Look up when you're in there. How do they get all of those up there?????
