Charlie's Smokehouse - Ellison Bay

The best smoked salmon I've ever had!! Very reasonably priced, too. I got two large pieces for $26. I also bought salmon and chives cream cheese, ceackers, and a few other things.

I'm so very , very glad Charlie's is still here. We have been stopping by for about 20 years to get our 2 plus pounds of smoked whitefish that we eat for our Sunday lunch...it is fantastic... I'd show you a picture, but we already are it all down to skin and bones...but with that said I have a smile from ear to ear and sadness of it being completely gone...but there is plenty more where it came from...well worth the trip to Giles Rock...two thumbs up...and always get the tale part, it's the best...

Beautiful, wonderful, finger licking good! My wife and I bought a chunk of the Atlantic Smoked Salmon and we ate it on the coast with our fingers! Delicious!! Fairly cheap too for local smoked fish!

Absolutely the best smoked salmon in the Door. Always make the trip up there.

The smokehouse is small but regards you with awesome smoked fish. And interestingly also with surprisingly good ice cream
