A Matter Of Taste At Tapawingo

We just visited the farm to five course meal sponsored by Providence CSA Farm. I must tell you that this was one of the best meals we had in a long time. The food was elegantly prepared and every single course was delicious! The waiting staff was wonderful and very attentive! We had drinks first, and then shortly after we had a billboard that was so good. Our next course was soup, then two different salads. The main course was so delicious! For the main course we had the pan meerrote John Cross Forelle and Honey maple and cedar glazed pork brain. I love the way they prepared them with the sauces. Provided Farm Veggies were very tasteful including Kale, Brussel sprouts, carrots, cabbage and green cherry tomatoes. I loved the way they all prepared! It was definitely a treat for us. I know now that this is the way to enjoy a fine gourmet meal as we spent 2-3 hours enjoying this great meal and visiting with so nice couples. If Providence Farm has one more of these meals, we will definitely sign for one. Thank you. Ginny for such a great meal along with Providence Farm. Your staff did an excellent job!

The meal on Saturday was incredible. The salad was refreshing and so delicious with tiny shredders is apple and a dressing you want more. The beef tips were deliciously melted in your mouth. The homemade noodles were cooked for perfection with shredders of zucchini and summer squash, which were delicate and tasteful. The chicken breast was tender and juicy! The food was plated image perfect for every guest. A question of taste will not disappoint you!

So glad we have our wedding in A Matter of Taste... The food was great, but the property and the atmosphere cannot be beaten! Thanks Ginny and Greg for help with our special day!

We hired Ginny for our catering, and everything was incredible. The food was outstanding, and all of our guests raved about how delicious it was. Ginny uses fresh, local Michigan vegetables, which made it even better. She even prepared a late-night snack for us! Everyone loved the signature drinks that she helped us create. Working with Ginny was a wonderful experience; her passion for her business really shines through. I can't imagine our wedding day without her services. Although we didn't have our wedding at their venue, we did visit it, and it is a stunning location right on the water.

What an amazing way to spend Thanksgiving! Thank you so much for opening your doors for our family/rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious, the staff was very gracious, and the location was beautiful.
