Culver's - Elm Grove

I hate to leave this bad review I've never eaten at Culver. I know that they are very busy all Culver's that I went to have huge lines and huge weights, but I had to have a fish dinner that I bite the ball and stopped for a fish dinner. I've waited patiently for a long time and it's coming. But it was very disappointing the pommes were not hot they were cool and the fish were one side of the bread he was really muddy, there was only a rough mucus The factor runs with the fish. I was very cheated, but I ate as much as I could. I've never had a bad meal until today and I feel bad because it was very busy and all worked very hard. Good luck next time

The food, like all Culver's we visited, was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, this particular situation has a problem with the delivery of a full order to the car. My order was incomplete at 3 separate visits. Check in your bag(s) before you go so that you get everything you have paid. You will quickly retrieve your missing product, but if it goes unnoticed, a return journey is very uncomfortable.

That's the worst. Two weeks in a row they gave my malt in new thin cups for inflation in an oversized drink tray then both times it is spilled useless. These chicks suck. Thank you for ruining the seats in two cars by using beverage bowls for the wrong size cups because you have broken the malt cups and increased prices. Nice job company.

Not usually a big fan of Culvers Fritten, but these were crispy and delicious! Butterburgers with cheese and chocolate shakes were as always extraordinary. Tip: If the drive-thru is secured, there is often no waiting inside. This shaved a few minutes from the time between pulling into the parking lot and pushed the burger into my mouth. Very recommended.

Took forever and not crazy busy. Food was cold (onion rings and pretzels). Tried this location twice. Over 20min wait in drive thru. Least workers are friendly. Both times the wait and quality undesirable. Least chocolate malt was decent.
