Feedback gevenThe fries were not hot; they were barely warm, and the fish was only partially covered in breading, which made it taste rather bland. The portion felt inadequate, and I left feeling cheated, though I tried to eat as much as I could. Up until today, I had never had a bad meal, and I feel guilty for sharing my experience, especially since the restaurant was busy and the staff was clearly working hard. I hope things improve in the future.
The food, as with all the Culver's locations we've been to, was fresh and tasty. However, this specific place has an issue with delivering complete orders to the car. On three different visits, my order was incomplete. Make sure to check your bags before leaving so you have everything you've paid for. While you can easily get any missing items if you notice them right away, returning for something you didn't catch can be quite inconvenient.
I am very disappointed with my experience. For two consecutive weeks, I received my malt in flimsy new cups that don’t fit properly in the oversized drink tray, resulting in spills both times. The staff really dropped the ball on this one. Thank you for ruining the upholstery in two cars by using the wrong size cups due to broken malt containers and elevated prices. Great job, company.
Not usually a big fan of Culvers Fritten, but these were crispy and delicious! Butterburgers with cheese and chocolate shakes were as always extraordinary. Tip: If the drive-thru is secured, there is often no waiting inside. This shaved a few minutes from the time between pulling into the parking lot and pushed the burger into my mouth. Very recommended.
Took forever and not crazy busy. Food was cold (onion rings and pretzels). Tried this location twice. Over 20min wait in drive thru. Least workers are friendly. Both times the wait and quality undesirable. Least chocolate malt was decent.
