Burger King - Elmhurst

The only reason we come to this place is that we avoid McDonald's. The service is quite poor, and it's often hard to understand what's going on. The food is decent, but if you need to use the drive-thru, it can be frustrating. I really wish they would improve.

Please update their hours to 10:45 if that’s when they stop accepting customers.

I had a frustrating experience with my meal order. The cashier didn’t fully understand my request and ended up forgetting to include it. As a result, I had to chase my order three times, receiving numbers 69, 68, and 71 for the different parts of my meal. While I can overlook the confusion, I was disheartened to witness a team member preparing my food while constantly scrolling on his phone. When it came time to assemble my meal, he was handling the bread, meat, and nuggets with his bare hands without washing up after using his phone. He had my food almost ready but then went back for something else. Concerned, I informed the manager about the unhygienic practices I observed. Upon hearing my complaint, the team member finally put on gloves, and the manager spoke to him. They even remade my order, which I appreciated, but I was still put off by the overall lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. When I tried to explain my concerns, the manager responded with an attitude that left me feeling unsatisfied.

Clean breakfast was good coffee fresh workers working hard and friendly

I’ve been to this BK location 3 times in the last month trying to order a Spicy chicken sandwich and I’m told they are out of spicy chicken sandwiches every time. Ok once I get it, it happens but 3 times?
