They offer a wide range of spice levels, from completely mild to extremely spicy—just ask for your preference. Every entree comes with the option to substitute tofu or vegetables. There's also a mock duck choice that I didn't sample. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are clearly labeled. Stir-fries and noodle dishes can be made gluten-free, but curries cannot. While vegan items aren't specifically marked, the staff is knowledgeable and can remove fish sauce and oyster sauce upon request. The ambiance is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. This is, without a doubt, the best vegetarian food in Elmira.

The Thai food at this restaurant is outstanding and can easily be made vegan. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were proactive in asking to omit the oyster sauce and eggs, and even substituted coconut milk in my Thai iced coffee. Overall, it’s a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend. This restaurant is relatively new, and I've been there twice already. I've tried the veggie spring rolls, pad thai, drunken noodles, and the fried banana dessert. They are very mindful of vegetarian options and informed me that they have separate sauces without fish sauce specifically for vegetarians. When I ordered the pad thai, I was pleased to learn they used the vegetarian sauce. I highly recommend this place!

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire dinner. I decided to try the drunken noodles based on my friends' recommendations, and it absolutely deserved a FIVE. Even though I'm just visiting, I plan to return and dine here again.

Vegetarian options: I absolutely loved it! I had dinner there and enjoyed it so much that I returned the next day for lunch. I savored every bite of the generous portions because the food was just amazing!
