The waitress provided excellent service, but the food was disappointing. The portions were small, and my steak was tough and undercooked, making it quite unappetizing. We've given TGI Fridays multiple chances, but we always come away dissatisfied. We won't be returning. The food tasted cheap, like it had been reheated and heavily processed—simply unacceptable!

I really enjoyed my buffalo chicken sandwich—it was delicious! Overall, my dining experience was wonderful.

We have reserved our table with 9-10 people, it would be crazy. a person did not get their first app until a person (of 5 people who received endless apps) got their second app! the waitress was nice and did not charge them. we all just got an app after we waited two hours. I felt bad for the waitress as she was as irritated as we were.
