Feedback gevenI'm really disappointed with this place. They seriously need to hire more staff. The wait times are extremely long, even if you order ahead. The hash browns are often burnt to a crisp or overly mushy. I’ve made a promise to myself not to waste my time or money here again.
I ordered from this Dunkin' Donuts through Grubhub, and my order was completely incorrect. I requested three plain bagels with cream cheese, but instead received one sesame seed bagel, one everything bagel, and one cinnamon raisin bagel. I'm not sure what happened, but they totally messed up my order, and I didn’t even receive a refund.
The cashier was rude, there were no donuts available, and the drinks weren't good. I spent $28, and it wasn't worth it.
The service was terrible, and the staff were quite rude. They gave me the wrong order—hot coffee instead of the cold coffee I requested. When I asked for a cup of ice, they had the audacity to charge me a dollar for it.
I visited the restaurant on Dutch Broadway twice, on January 26th and again on January 30th, and I ended up having to leave both times. The place was overcrowded, and my order was mixed up. On my second visit, there were two new employees who seemed completely clueless. It would really help if they could hire more staff and ensure they are trained properly. I do want to give a shoutout to the regular employee who is always there; I'm not sure what happened to him this morning, though.
