Feedback gevenIve been coming to this Dunkin for over three years and I have never had a problem, until today. I decided to deviate from my regular order and use up some of my DD reward points on a Mocha Latte. Upon receiving my order the new male cashier scanned my phone a few times and told me that it wasn't scanning and to wait while he called his manager on the phone. While waiting for over 10 minutes, i took a sip of my drink and discovered that he did not even give me what I ordered. After making him aware of his mistake, With an attitude, he told me that I ordered a peppermint mocha, I began telling him that I did not order that. After waiting a few more minutes of him to figure out what was wrong, I kindly placed the beverage on the take out window and drove of. I then drove 2 miles away to a different Dunkin to redeem my rewards, upon checking out, the cashier told me that the points for that beverage were already used. I looked at my transaction history on the app and saw that it was redeem at the previous location I was at.I don't want to insult anyone at this location, because most are very friendly and go above and beyond to make this Dunkin run smoothly, but the gentlemen who assisted me on 11/13 at 12:26pm is a rude and incompetent, and should really go back to training before he is allowed to deal with customers.
