Feedback gevenAs for the ice cream, yes, they do flip it upside down to show that it's frozen. However, somehow by the time you walk just a block away, it’s nearly melted. I don't know if the ice cream sat in the window too long or if they didn’t flip it properly, but this has happened several times. Please, do better! Thank you!

I went for the 99-cent deal, and by the time we received our cones, the chocolate was already melting. However, I can't complain too much. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a perfect 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.
