The first thing that caught my eye with this pub was the frontageIt is really old fashioned and something that I really like in a pub.

From the large car park head straight past the bing and ping of the pokies area and straight for the large bistro and bar area.

Fairly typical pub grub in a fairly typical pokies pubI ordered the mixed grill burger and had to dissect the very tough steak with a knife and fork.

Had heard bad things about food at this pub, however we had a group family booking of 10, and all our meals were great. Prices reasonable. We will be back.

The food was good and the servings were reasonable not the usual extra large pub fare. I enjoyed a tasty burger where all the flavours were discernible and the but was still crusty, not soggy. My friend enjoyed the pie which was hot and tasty, though the vegetables were a little on the cool under cooked side.The lemon meringue pie was delicious, with a nice crunchy meringue top and a tart not sweet lemon filling.A very nice dinner all round.
