Foundry Kitchen And - Elyria

This restaurant is a very friendly and fun place to enjoy a delicious meal. The food is incredibly tasty, and the drinks are strong in a good way. If you're planning to come with a group of 15 or more people, it's best to call ahead to reserve a table. My experience with a wedding party there was fantastic; they had set aside three tables for us and provided dedicated servers, which made for an amazing time. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that we initially had a waitress with a poor attitude, but after we brought it to their attention, they replaced her with the best waitress we've ever had, who did an outstanding job! The music they play is very relaxing, featuring modern tunes that aren't vulgar or overly old-fashioned.

A great find in downtown! The room itself is warm, modern and welcoming. A beautiful selection of dishes and a wide selection of wine, beer and spirits. Service was fast and everyone seemed to have fun

The Foundry is a well-known gem in Elyria, so I had to experience it for myself, thanks to a great friend who took me there. It’s easy to see why this place has such a fantastic reputation. The hostess greeted us warmly and seated us right away, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our server, Amber, provided excellent and professional service, taking great care of us throughout the evening. We started with the Short Rib Poutine, which was fantastic and served in generous portions. The carnivore pizza was exceptional—every bite was delicious. And don't miss out on the carrot cake for dessert; it's a must-try. The Foundry certainly lives up to its esteemed reputation. If you find yourself in Elyria, make sure to dine at The Foundry!

We found this place on a road trip between Niagra falls and Chicago. It was several miles off the highway but we gave it a shot and glad we did. The restaurant was very unique and well designed. They had a huge bar and roll up garage doors (there for lunch so I assume they open them sometimes). My wife got the chicken tacos, I got the meatloaf and my son ordered a garlic pasta and an order of fried pickles. Our food was great however my son didn't care for his pasta (which he thought it was going to be something else). Server asked if everything was good, he mentioned he didn't really like his but we explained it was because he thought he was ordering something else. The server said they would take it off the bill which we said no, we ordered it and will gladly pay for it. She took it off anyway. If you haven't been, you need to check it out. Unfortunately, they are too far from Kentucky for us to regulars or we would.

I visit this restaurant every time I'm in Elyria, OH. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is great. Food rating: 5/5.
