Jimmy John's - Elyria

I really enjoy Jimmy John’s, but this location is anything but freaky fast. I've visited several times, and it usually takes about 10 minutes to get just four sandwiches. Whenever I request an item to be removed, they always seem to include it anyway. I even mentioned that one of my companions has a food allergy, yet they still added the item to the sandwich. I'm going to stop visiting this location.

I ordered the Giant Club Lulu and requested no tomatoes on one half to prevent it from getting soggy for later. However, they told me they couldn't remove the tomatoes from just one half unless I paid extra for two smaller subs. It was a frustrating experience!

Place was clean and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. The person helping us confirmed the details of our order to ensure we were getting what we wanted, and everything was made in just a couple of minutes.Great food, service, and location.

Decent food never had an issue other than one time a soda being flat. Keep up the good work!
