This little caesars definitely goes downhill. I needed pizzas for a birthday party and tried to order them over the phone. I called half an hour and no answer, so I came to the order and there wasn't 1 single customer. Then I saw the party package they were online when I ordered it, they didn't know what I was talking about. I don't think I'm back after that.
Spent 60 dollars to have to pick up half my order for my family after 10 hours, after p ating for delivery plus tip. Trying to call b4 online was finally enforced. Nobody ever answered my call. In the store and the manager pretended I was a diverter, even when I showed him my entrance for missing items, half of my order. Then I let the counter talk to me without giving me a bag or some dismissal to answer a call to his cell. You're the worst exercise and I'll never order here again. Get it together! Thanks for the cold dinner!
Try to order the other night on several different phones several times and no one answered. My sister went up there and waited for an hour for our pizza that they all messed up, and I also called while she was in the building and they didn't even go to the phone to answer it. Very disappointed at this point.
We ordered the Ultimate Supreme on the app in order to use the pizza portal. That service is excellent because there is no need to wait in line since oftentimes it is very crowded. I received two emails a few minutes apart notifying me that the pizza was ready and in the portal, but it was placed in their holding oven instead (I realized when I inquired). Seeing that my name wasn't displayed on the portal screen after several minutes, I asked. The employee retrieved the pizza from the holding oven and left without any explanation. I know that every business is struggling right now keeping good employees, but when did it become okay to forget being good at customer service??
