Marco's Pizza - Elyria

I give this restaurant a solid 5 stars for the food, but the website is a different story! The prices listed online are not honored in the store, and it seems like there’s a $5 markup. This feels like false advertising to me! You'd expect them to stick to the prices advertised, especially since they are clearly stated. Unfortunately, they prefer to charge at least $5 more instead. The food is amazing, but they really need to address their pricing issues! Food: 5 stars.

I ordered takeout and was extremely impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect five stars. The flavors were exceptional, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The service was equally outstanding, also deserving of five stars. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommended!

I ordered from this Detroit Rd location for the first time yesterday, and I hope it wasn't just a stroke of luck, but the two pizzas we got were absolutely delicious. They arrived hot, with fresh crust, and all the toppings, including the sausage, were cooked perfectly. They also added the extra cheese we paid for. I really hope they maintain this level of quality in their pizza preparation. Our pizzas were simply perfect. Unfortunately, the location on N Ridge Rd near us has been consistently disappointing. Keep up the great work! We truly appreciated and enjoyed our first order yesterday, and we will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

I ordered pizza online and was told it would arrive by 5:45. When I called at 6:00, they mentioned they were waiting for the delivery driver to return. By 6:15, they claimed it had been delivered and promised to call me back with an update. At 6:30, I called again, and they reiterated that it was delivered. I explained that I was outside and had not received anything. They insisted that the delivery had been made and suggested I contact someone else. Frustrated, I decided to head to Dale's, where I enjoyed excellent pizza instead. I'm really glad I didn’t prepay, or else someone else would have gotten a free meal. I definitely do not recommend this place, especially since I frequently order from Marco's.
