Subway - Embrun

Don't order online!!!!! The staff forgets about it really easily. It's terrible and

DO NOT order curbside at this location. They will forget half the items on your order and the ones they remember will not be made correctly. All really young staff who obviously don't care. They are not welcoming and hardly acknowledge you when you go in. This is the worst Subway I have ever been to.Ps. The vent on the ceiling is filthy and positioned right over the open veggies. I guarantee whoever eats there has also eaten a bite of dust or two. Absolutely disgusting.

Slowest subway in existence. been here for 15 minutes and still waiting for someone to take my order.

I walked into this store a couple of weeks ago and had a person making my sandwich amazing sandwich! Although the management is horrid. when I was sitting to eat my sandwich instead of them talking to the employee to help her out she was put down about why she didn’t know how to do something, instead of putting people that want a job down be happy you have them to work. There is always such a turnover and hires needed and I can see why instead of getting rid of a horrid manager they would rather lose a hundred employees. I most definitely will not return and I have told friends and family that casselman is not far and way better treated. I will never return to a place that allows this treatment from manager(Sara) in the workplace. Hopefully they will fix the problem.

There is a Reddit post saying managers at all Subways keep tips. How does tip distribution work at this location?
