I informed her that I wanted to pay the remaining balance on my card. However, she charged me an additional $5.50, resulting in me paying a total of $20. This was a scam by the assistant manager. I am now hungry after my break and will not be returning to this Burger King location again.
The restaurant was very clean and all the tables were wiped down by a worker. The food was given to me quickly without any problems. The food was perfect temperature and very fresh. the fries were also very fresh and perfect in salt.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and was pleased with the friendly and welcoming cashier. They greeted me warmly and took my order promptly. Despite the busy lunch hour, my food was served quickly without any issues. The restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained. The meal was served warm and fresh, with delicious flavors and well-balanced portions.
I found a mouse dropping on my burger bun at this restaurant. I am extremely disgusted and traumatized by this experience. I usually avoid fast food places, but decided to stop here after a long day of school shopping. This incident has confirmed why I don't trust fast food places. I checked their health inspection record and saw they had a problem with trash. This is a clear indicator that rodents are attracted to trash. The health inspectors need to revisit this restaurant as soon as possible.
It's a longer wait than what is expected from fast food, but I always get everything made fresh when I come through the drive thru. On the occasions I've walked to the front counter, I have received stone cold food instead. Sometimes the person takingorders doesn't understand English aside from the names of the menu items, so I wouldn't try to ask questions or make any changesthat could be confusing.
