Bojangles - Emporia

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a pack of Bo-berry cookies. I was notified that it would take 15 minutes for them to cook and I agreed to wait. This is what I got.. a ball of cookie dough

A drive thru experience and quick pit stop was A-OK.Speaker guy seemed friendly enough when ordering a Pepsi. The staff at the window as fine, no issues with processing my card. Pepsi is too sweet, but alright. The drink was fine the side and sticky. The lid was not fastened.Restroom was clean and had proper supplies. When walking out the grease smell very noticeable.I've had worse, I've had better.Parking: Handicap availability

Reminded me of the episode where Patrick star worked at the Krusty Krab.Two people waiting in front of us. One of them waiting 30 minutes. One person comes in after us to order. The lady at the register asked the staff do y’all need me to stop orders? Whyyyyyyy?????? There is basically no one inside. The only line is the 3 orders waiting. We ordered to go and they made it for here. My mother bagged our order herself because they wouldn’t. Get outside and there is literally one car at the window and no one behind them. What is going on at this place? They aren’t short staffed but everyone looks confused.

The cashier was very friendly and smiled as she took my order. She was very helpful in assisting me to decide.

I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich combo and a plain southern crispy chicken combo. The person preparing the food was texting while he was making my order. When I received my order both sandwiches had condiments on them, and mayonnaise sloppily all over the tops of the sandwich bun. When I pointed out to the cashier that one of the sandwiches was supposed to be plain and how sloppily the Cajun had been made the female cashier quickly cut me off and said he was going to make me another one before handing me two plain sandwiches at which I drove off out of frustration. I spent 24 dollars on a Bojangles meal and terribilly disatisfied with the quality of service that I could spend this amount of money and leave totally dissatisfied with the preparation of my food order and quality of how it was made. I will not be eating at this bojangles location again.Dietary restrictions: One of the sandwiches were plain due to dietary restrictions and this I feel was totally disregarded in the initial preparation of the order.
