Taco Bell - Emporia

The food was prepared quickly. The guy at the register suggested a combo pack that included what we originally ordered along with 4 tacos for just an extra 40 cents. I really appreciated that!

Everything was fresh. The Chalupa taco shell was just the right softness. The girl at the window was very friendly and personally brought me my meal when I requested fresh cinnamon twists, as I didn't want to hold up the line. I received everything I ordered, including napkins and sauce. It was a very pleasant experience at this Taco Bell.

I placed my order and waited about 5 minutes for my food. When I approached the staff, the entire team apologized for the wait and offered me a voucher for a free taco. I find it interesting that they felt the need to apologize for such a short wait time, as it seems excessive to overreact in the food industry. Usually, a 5-minute wait shouldn't require an apology. Overall, you do great work, and I’m rarely let down by my experiences here.
