Mr. Peabody's Grill - Encinitas

Peabody's offers fantastic food! Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner options come in generous portions. The atmosphere is relaxed, with great seating both indoors and outdoors. The entertainment is enjoyable, making it a local favorite in Encinitas!

I haven't eaten the meal yet, but I'm already quite disappointed. The menu has options that offer either fries or a loaded baked potato. I wanted to order the fish and chips and prefer a loaded baked potato instead of fries. The fish and chips were $1 cheaper than another item with the same choices. When I asked if I could substitute the loaded baked potato for fries, I was told it wasn't possible. I even offered to pay the difference since the baked potato costs more, but the waitress said no. What a letdown for customer service! My experience was on 10/25 at 4:30 PM. I would have left if my guest wasn't so hungry and didn’t want to search for another restaurant. I won't be coming back.

This is the best ribeye steak I've ever had at a restaurant! The portions are massive, the cocktails are fantastic, the service is top-notch, and the music is great. Highly recommend!

Beautiful 16oz ribeye. Their website advertises $3.75 bloody Marys 8 to 6pm, they charged $4.75. Not cool. And no prices of beer on menu...we were there during happy hour, menu just said $1 off....so didnt order any more drinks, cause usually when theresno price is when you get burned... and I'm not gonna ask the price of a beer....Later come to find out, domestic drafts $3.00during happy hour. Dismayed a bit, otherwise superlative experience.

Delicious!!! The breakfast tacos come with 2 for only $3.50 and WOW. the tortilla tastes homemade and amazing, the salsa is so flavorful and the taco was perfect with a combo of eggs, cheese, sausage, papas, tomato and cilantro. We loved it so much thatwe came back the next morning too! Get there by 11am though or you?ll miss out! ???? Update another trip to Del Mar andwe stayed right by Mr Peabodys but the tacos weren?t as great as before. It tasted like mostly eggs and could barely taste thesausage or hash browns. Salsa seemed touch and go, not as flavorful as before. Still great for the price though. Service wasamazing. We came back in the evening for dessert and had the mocha ice cream cake, which was just ok. The live music was awesome such a cool vibe. We also tried happy hour ribs and those were the best! So tender they fell off the bone loved them! Thosewould make great tacos! ????
