St. Tropez Bistro Beyond - Encinitas

One of the top places for breakfast and lunch in Encinitas! They offer delicious paninis, quiche, and pancakes. I highly recommend visiting on a lovely day to take advantage of the beautiful patio seating as well.

The breakfast was nearly excellent! The rosemary potatoes and bacon were both delicious. The coffee started off great, but it became diluted with the refills. The inconsistency was a bit disappointing.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I went for brunch and was able to enjoy both pancakes and an Acai bowl. The roasted coffee was flavorful, and I appreciated that they offered stevia. My server and the other staff members were friendly and accommodating.

What a charming place! The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is delicious, and it offers great value. And to top it all off, the host was extremely pleasant. We visited on a weekday, and Mia single-handedly managed the bistro like a pro. Despite being busy, she was cheerful and friendly, making our experience truly worthwhile. I will definitely return and plan to call ahead to ensure I get to see Mia again!
