Starbucks - Encinitas

Came to study but there’s no outlets to charge laptop or phone so definitely not a good place for that. Good atmosphere tho wish I was able to stay for long

The service was god awful. Not just any employee, but the shift supervisor stood there, and did not acknowledge us for seven minutes. Finally when she did every task but acknowledge us, she finally came to take our order and at that point we left. Can they hire real shift supervisors? Can they actually get people that are can do their job. it’s a joke that she’s in charge.

No electrical outlets at this location. So much for getting any work done.

My first time here since the remodeling and it looks amazing!My favorite part of this location is RYAN I have not experienced such great customer service at any Starbucks EVER like Ryan!! What a lovely guy, he is so kind and truly has a heart of gold! He is a beautiful human you can tell he cares about people, regardless of if people reciprocate the gratitude, he continues to be himself! Which makes me love his energy even more, I have been here working for a couple hours at this location and he truly has not stopped loving on each person that enters this Starbucks. YOU ARE A HEART OF GOLD RYAN KEEP BEING YOUR AMAZING SELF THANK YOU!

Not sure what's going on at this location. They remodeled the store recently. They seemed to be short staffed. They heated my scone but never got my coffee. I finally had to ask for it. They need help here.
