Starbucks Coffee - Encinitas

The staff were friendly, but our visit was a bit slow and seemed unorganized. The seating options, both inside and outside, were pleasant. The bathrooms were clean, and the coffee was the usual Starbucks quality.

The service at this restaurant was disappointing. I walked in and waited for three minutes without anyone in front of me before I had to ask for someone to take my order. A larger young man told me he would be with me shortly, but it took another two minutes. Eventually, a young lady who appeared to transition from being a man and was wearing a rainbow mask assisted me. She took my order and things seemed to be improving. However, ten minutes later, I noticed that those who arrived after me had already received their drinks. In total, it took nearly 15 minutes for me to get my order after waiting five minutes to place it. What is happening to customer service these days?

This Starbucks in the shopping center offers a stunning view of the ocean. While the parking lot is somewhat small and often crowded, the rest of the shopping center is quite appealing, featuring an upscale grocery store, several restaurants, and pleasant seating areas. Inside the store, there's plenty of space, although the decor feels a bit outdated.

Great place to sit and work. This is a nice quiet Starbucks with good internet and amazing and friendly staff.

This is a pretty nice Starbucks when in here and the staff was very nice it was extremely clean and and good place to hang out
