Thai Pan Cuisine - Encinitas

This little restaurant is a treasure. We had the Thai coffee which I highly recommend. We also had the cheese wonton appetizer. Best I have ever had. We also had the pad thai and yellow curry. The food was cooked to perfection. Staff was very helpful and our lunch came quickly.

Enjoying their dishes for years. Very convenient, quick and delicious. Generous with their seafood. Spring rolls with delicious peanut sauce enjoyed each time. And the staff is always cheerful.

I spend a few months in Thailand every year. The Thaipan Express food is very authentic and tasty. Service is fast and friendly. Arroy!

My fiancé is from Thailand and we were visiting Encinitas from Phoenix and we mean it when we say you guys really have a gem of Thai food on your hands people!! You can NEVER find Thai sausage in Phoenix or such refreshing Thai spring rolls!! We wish we lived here, we'd eat this everyday!!! Please try Pad Thai with Thai sausage and literally any curry option no grease and so delicious! Will be back to take food to go : we wish you great health and success!
