Food was good, but it was extremely warm in the restaurant. It scrubs out so that a cool temperature during our meal would have been nice. I had submitted Mignon, a page of Brussels sprouts (they were Bland), and the mussels and mussels. The steak was good and was cooked on request, and the shells and shells were delicious.
Great and classic steak house in a comfortable location in Encino. Service was exceptional! Each server seems to pay attention to every table. Our special waitress was amazing, I wish I got her name, but still are all Terrific! Food is also absolutely wonderful! Steaks, seafood and unbelievable, the chicken is terrible! Piano music is always beautiful and definitely adds to the ambience. Self parking below is $5, used to be Valet, but due to the pandemic its only pay to park. Definitely a reservation!
Reasons for visiting: dinner with my mate Date/time of visit: Wednesday evening, 18:30 Parking: in the underground garage; it cost me $5 for parking. If you find parking on the street, it is free. Party size: 2 surroundings/Ambiente: beautiful. They only have TVs at the bar, no sound. No TV in the restaurant. You have someone playing the piano in the restaurant. Upscale dining room, but not everyone was dressed. Service: Bar service was slow but seems to be busy or underoccupied. I went to the bar to wait for my buddy and waited 10 minutes before I hit someone. They took my order, but I waited five minutes. my buddy showed up so I canceled my order. The service at the table was great. She was sweet and friendly; she was often killed. Food: We had the petty seafood tower (Jumbo shrimps, crabs, mussels and oysters; everything was great. Horseradies are strong, so be careful! Cocktail sauce was also good! I had the New York stripe (wet aged); had also cream from corn and sauteed mushrooms as sides. Everything was great! Steak was boiled right (medium) and taste was on point Also some old fashions with Bulleit Rye. Costs: I didn't pay, but I take $300 with tip. New York stripes I had were $68.
A fun and delicious experience for all. Great ambience, great location. Excellent friendly service. Entertaining pianist. Had crab cakes, large shrimp cocktail. I had the 20 oz ribeye steak, very tasty. Also my favorite dessert, Creme Brule! Will definitely recommend to all.
