Coming from the heart of Nebraska, where finding a good prime rib basket with both flat and point cuts is simple, the search in New York is not as easy.

Today, the butcher boy's market refused entry to my partner's trained service animal. The man working behind the counter was rude and condescending, and displayed a lack of knowledge about the Americans with Disabilities Act.

If customers are not submissive and passive, they will not be treated with respect at this restaurant. The staff does not handle disagreements politely with them.

The staff at Butcher Boys is attentive and knowledgeable. Their meats are of the highest quality. We frequently purchase their steaks, ground chuck, and sausages. Thank you to Butcher Boys and their skilled staff.

I really enjoy this shop. The staff are helpful and friendly and the meat selection is amazing. I suggest the lamb is tender and tasty.
