Shelley's Quality Meats - Endicott

The service was terrific with smiling staff and great suggestions for what to eat. I ordered their chicken salad on a roll and it was very good.

My wife and I wanted some food so we decided to get this, I ordered a Buffalo chicken sub and my wife ordered a chefs salad and city chicken over the phone. Whoever was talking on the other end was unprofessional and didn't seem to care whatsoever. Then the food..., My sub was great, but my wife's city chicken which costs $3 for 3-4 small breaded spedies was dry and a bit over seasoned, and her salad was an embarrassment. Having worked in restaurants, it's obvious how much the staff cares by how good the salad quality is. Every. Single. Leaf. Has. Rust. On. It. Who the hell quality checks this (picture below) and sends it out? ESPECIALLY as a small business, you cannot make this a habit.

Got take out because shellys is close to home. Giving two stars because their subs are legit good. I got a round pizza and two dozen wings for $19.99, which seemed like a good deal. Pizza is average and the boneless wings are the worst I 've ever had. They were not crunchy and seemed like they came out of a microwave. Stringy consistency and just really, really bad. Their subs are good, but skip the boneless wings as they are trash.

Amazing food! The workers in the daytime are really nice. Some of the gentlemen in the evening are not. They swear a lot in front of customers that are in the building and they give you dirty looks like you're a bother to come in and be a paying customer.

I order here for lunch at least once a week. Since I call ahead, my food is always ready in the 10 minutes it takes me to get there and the quality of the food never disappoints!
