Whole Donut - Enfield

We found this gem by googling Whole Donut as the one in Holyoke had shut down about a year or so ago. Honestly coffee, donuts, and service was great! The kids wanted vanilla frosted which he didn?t have at the time we went in but the guy( who?s name Ididn?t catch) went above and beyond to try and make them a vanilla frosted donut and also made my father in law a ?make shift?of Bavarian cream donut that he also did not have for the rest of the day. Honestly anyone else wouldn?t make any of thishappen. So I?m grateful we took the 15 mins drive over to Enfield.THANK YOU FOR MAKING ALL OF US HAPPY!! WE MISS THIS DONUT SHOPBEING IN HOLYOKE! Nikki is wonderful, sweet and kind, and I give her a million stars, this review is not for her. The woman who helped us the other day though was on a personal phone call throughout the entire time we were there, and acted as if we were interruptingher. She slammed her phone on the counter and told her friend I 'll call you back!!! like we caused her some sort ofdistress.... You 're at work dealing with food and customers- Put your phone down!!!!!!!!!! I came there to order severalcoffees and a few dozen donuts for a family gathering, but we just grabbed two donuts and left- didn 't want to cause her anyfurther inconveniences!

I loved all the donut, but the franchise and this place fell on hard times. Sad, even if a shutdown site uses them to provide their best efforts to quality. I didn't feel that today.

Really delicious fresh donuts and my son said that the breakfast sandwich is the best sausage and cheese on a croissant he ever had throughout his 20 years. Owner was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back
