Creams Gelato Cafe - Enfield

I was very impressed with my takeaway order from this restaurant. Normally, by the time you get home, you would expect the waffle to be soggy and unpleasant, but this one was still warm and fresh. I was pleased to see that the takeaway service was just as good as dining in. I really enjoy the desserts here, especially their lovely, light waffles that aren't overly sweet. It's my go-to spot whenever I crave something sweet. However, some of the staff can be rude and dismissive, which is why I deducted a star. I hope the customer service improves in the future.

The food was delicious, but one staff member was a bit rude and short. However, the person who served us our sundae was very friendly! Overall, it was a pleasant experience because everything was prepared perfectly.

I love visiting Creams in Enfield Town. They have a fantastic variety of desserts, from delicious ice creams to tempting cookie dough creations. Poor customer service. We’ve been here a few times as well as other branches, and the food is fine and normally done to a good standard, but unfortunately we had really bad customer service today (Saturday night). The woman serving us (the girl wearing the blue hijab glasses) was super rude. No greeting, no thank you. My boyfriends order came super quickly. They didn’t even start making mine until 15m later when he went to the desk to ask where my food was. No apology from her either of course. I don’t expect things to come at the exact same time but why bother serving half a table when you know the other half won’t be ready for a long time. When my food finally came it was drowning in chocolate sauce and not great. If you lack basic customer service skills you probably shouldn’t be working in a front of house position…

It was very tasty and was very nice to eat but is very sugary as it is a desert shop but it costs a lot that what lowers my rate
