Feedback gevenOrdered via Uber eats over 1.5hr ago. Been on the phone twice, after the restaurant said the order had been delivered. First phone call they said the orde was still there, waiting second call said it’ll be 10mm, and still no food, absolutely unacceptable, poor poor company.
Very very bad treatment very arrogant he doesn’t want to serve me I never saw like this before. This is the man in the picture how send me away from Dallas pizza
Once upon a time, Dallas for me were really good, better than some places you 've tried. Dallas were clearly doing well that they invested in their own app, make your order through it, food on the way... But all good things can have their flaws, the basics get lost and that cloud you 're riding starts to lose some of that fluffiness! An order was place through the Dallas app and due to be delivered arrived 9.05pm.. we called 15 minutes after it 's due time, you never know, something may have happened to the driver after all. The art of having a business, you need customers, having some sort of customer service skills can eve help you.. surprising that isn 't it! The phone call was made, my number is obviously registered with Dallas as the only words the person said as he answered the phone were, it 's on its way. No hello, goodbye, nothing... maybe it 's not registered and this is how they say hello to everyone. One problem Dallas have had several times, if you order 'non spicy chicken wings ', you will have spicy wings delivered, this has happened several times, maybe the app gets confused between the two or they have an excess of spicy wIngs that they need to fry through. On this particular order, when it did arrive, the chips were cold, who likes cold chips? The two burgers were both cold and one was hard, eating a rock may have been more fun. Give them a go if you like, maybe it will work out for you, you could even download the app I 've just deleted!
It's recently had a refurb so I thought I'd try a pizza. It was BOGOF so even better. I have to say that I found the food to be better than any Domino or Pizza Hut. It wasn't greasy like they tend to be. Overall the food was very well priced and the service was great. They are always so friendly.
I did not receive any notification that my pizza had been delivered. I placed my order at 10pm and received a text at 3am instructing me to contact the restaurant. When I went to work at 6am, I discovered that my pizza had been left on the pavement outside the hotel. This experience was a waste of time. I regret not reading reviews beforehand, as there are many negative ones. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
