Very messy server was a nice young man who seemed overwhelmed. Food was extra salty and not fresh. The overall appearance was very sloppy.
I got to Chipotle around 8:25 , I waited online , but there was no white rice only for mobile orders , so I left the store and ordered online to pick up at 8:40 , when I got there I waited there 5 until an employee acknowledge me . Even tho there were many employees free to do so , including a manager who was wearing pajamas….when I got my bowl it was cold and skimpy , as it usually is when it’s places as a mobile order.
This is the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. Every single employee looks like they want to jump off a cliff. They move slower than molasses in January. They are missing half the ingredients everytime I come here. There is almost always three employees just hanging out behind the counter talking while numerous customers are waiting to be served, pay their bills, or pick up their togo food. As someone who has spend over a decade in food and beverage I would utterly embarrassed to call this restaurant mine. Who ever owns this horrible idea of a restaurant should close this down and never ever ever own a restaurant ever again. You're an embarrassment to food and beverage everywhere. Please sell this to someone who knows how to run a restaurant. You've turned chipotle from one of my favorites to a restaurant I never want to eat at again. Garbage restaurant with garbage employees and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to never visit this establishment.
There were are few issues with my takeout order but the issues were addressed after some persistence on my end. I think they can be a little friendlier, the attitudes in there I was confronted with were not inviting at all. The app didn't suggest other options or notify me items were 86'd, I found out after picking up my order and realizing it was inaccurate. They substituted without getting an authorization to do so.They shouldn't assume that would be okay especially with food preferences and food allergies. They could have even called me as my number was big and bold on the order. I could have also decided not to get the item again. Overall everything was fresh but next time I'll try to order in the store, that's normally what I do. I actually ordered online because I noticed I left my wallet home.
