Cookies by Design was introduced to me by a coworker. The cookies were delicious. After that I purchased them for family and friends to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. They have been an absolute hit! The service at the Englewood location has always been super creative, friendly, and very professional. Whether I’m picking up or receiving a delivery, Cookies by Design is my go to spot for gift giving!

Called to place an order and a very ignorant and rude woman answered the phone. She was very unprofessional and roughly handed the phone to a polite woman telling her should could not understand what I was saying. She did not apologize or bother to place the call on hold as she shoved the call to the other person. Although, the other woman was nice and helpful I decided to place my order elsewhere. This was already my second call placed as the first one the same person had answered and hung up on me. Save you money and go someplace who has staff with manners and good attitude. If I could give a zero star I would.
