Feedback gevenI find the coffee here to be inconsistent; it tastes different every day. The bagel bites are often still frozen in the middle. I've finally decided I'm done with this place. I won't be returning, even though I used to visit every single day.
On the positive side, Dunkin' Donuts made my return through the app very easy, and the staff were friendly once they spoke to me. I have always found the staff to be nice during other visits, too. However, the main point I want to emphasize is that if you claim to close at 9 PM, then you should be open until that time. If it is standard policy to close the store 15 minutes earlier, I kindly suggest that the cutoff time for online/app orders be adjusted to reflect that. This way, customers like myself can avoid similar experiences in the future.
I ordered through Uber Eats, even though I'm only 5 minutes away. The toasted sandwich wasn’t toasted at all. The crispy hash browns came in a soggy, stuck-together ball. The sandwich was missing the bacon, and the wrap for my wrap was crunchy.
This dunkin is the best out of North port, Englewood and venice. They are always kind and efficient. The food and drinks are always good.
Mold. Mold. Mold.Absolutely everything smells of mold at this location. The food comes out smelling like mold. The cups smell like mold. It has been this way for more than a year and switched owners…. But, it still stinks of mold. The health department should get involved and be concerned for those immune compromised that will happen upon this Dunkin.
