Papa Johns Pizza - Englewood

The pizza bowls are overpriced and can't compare to Marco's. The service was lacking; we didn't feel welcomed or appreciated by the staff. A bit of personality would go a long way at Papa John's in Englewood.

I ordered online for delivery and saw one price, but the delivery didn’t go through. With a discount of $4.00, my total ended up being $8.00 more than expected. When I explained the issue to the lady manager, she just said, “That’s what it says.” After waiting and being so hungry, I reluctantly accepted the order and left. Unfortunately, the pizza was terrible.

Wow! This pizza was absolutely amazing! It was loaded with cheese and sauce, cooked to perfection! This place completely surpassed my expectations! Thank you, everyone! We’ll definitely be coming back regularly! Plus, the delivery was super fast and the driver was very friendly.

We ordered delivery tonight. We order probably about once a week or two from here and usually don't have an issue. Usually I add the tip to the order (18%-20% . Today it wouldn't allow to pay with a card, only cash. The total was $41. My husband gave him$60 and he said he only had $3 change (I saw more change than that in his hand . He got a 47% tip. Unfortunately I wasn't thereand would have gave him a $5 on top of the $40 but he was pretty quick to leave. My suggestion is to have the 3xact amountyou're paying plus tip of you have to pay cash.

Simply awful. It?s like I was doing them a favour ordering. Turned my young kids away when they asked for a margherita, not knowing that that?s something different here, just wanted cheese and tomato but staff didn?t even think to offer help to thekids. I as the adult went in and was greeted by ?name?, no pleasantries. Was told to order ?what I have is on the board?,absolutely no help. We compromised on a cheese and tomato and staff ring up a large without even checking, when quizzed said heassumed I wanted large??why??? I didn?t. Just a chastening experience with someone that had no interest in helping and quite whythey bother to turn up to work is beyond me. If there was a negative star, I would give it
