Pizza Hut - Englewood

I typically have a great experience when ordering pizza from my local Pizza Hut. Although I have had some rough experiences with them in the past, they always make it right in the end. Tonight was an amazing experience. Thank you.

This restaurant is not the best place for individuals with disabilities to work. As a wheelchair user, I experienced an uncomfortable situation with one of the managers who seemed to have a problem with me. Despite expressing my discomfort, the manager continued to behave in a disrespectful manner. When I discussed this with the head chef, he mentioned that he has known the manager for 10 years and had not seen her behave this way before. I felt compelled to address the issue and urge the manager to change her behavior, especially considering if she had a disabled daughter herself.

This restaurant is not an ideal place for disabled individuals to work. As a person in a wheelchair, I experienced one of the managers making inappropriate comments towards me. Despite repeatedly asking her to stop, she continued to make me uncomfortable. I spoke to the head chef about the situation, who responded by saying he has known her for 10 years and doesn't see her behavior as problematic. I urged him to reconsider her actions and think about how he would feel if his own daughter was disabled.

Two stars because some of the foods were good. I had to wait 30 minutes before the estimated collection with a group of other people in the load, because the employees had neglected to pay attention to the wing orders. as a result our broth sticks were cold when we came home. we then realized that they had given us the wrong wing order. I would recommend looking for another pizza place.

Even with covid going on there still working hard to get everyone there orders yea it gets busy at times and the wait so wait is longer at times but that's expected the food is always great and hot
