Wendy's - Englewood

We consistently prefer Wendy's over McDonald's. This particular Wendy's tends to be quite busy, which often results in a long wait, but they never get our orders wrong. The staff is friendly and always pleasant.

I had lunch at Wendy's, where I enjoyed a generous salad alongside some delicious fries. The portion of the salad was impressive, and the fries were absolutely tasty. To top it off, I paired this meal with a refreshing strawberry lemonade that was the perfect compliment.

The food was served hot and fresh. My double burger arrived steaming, while my fries were so hot that I had to let them cool down a bit before I could enjoy them. I also opted to switch my drink from soda.

I visit this place every morning for iced coffee, and it's usually great. However, during my last visit, I ordered four coffees for myself and some friends, and unfortunately, they were all very watered down. I spoke with the manager, who was incredibly helpful and understanding, and he fixed our order. I really appreciate excellent customer service, which can be hard to find these days. A big thank you to the manager for handling the situation so well!
