Feedback gevenI rang and placed an order then hailstone shower came I was scared to drive as I'm pregnant I rang to cancel my order within 2 minutes of ordering to cancel oder was 2 12 inch 2 chips 2 garlic dips over €44 between myself and a friend split the bill and delivery and said I would order on the delivery app staff said pizzas and chips were on already staff said they could deliver I said could I pay over the phone and that would be easier all was fine delivery came and I noticed NO 2 large garlic dips I went out to delivery driver was going out the gate I rang Adriano's and explained that there was no garlic tip I hot short answer next time remind us and when you order next we'll throw them in I said we want them with or order that is infrount of us I asked for the manager the staff said he was the owner Adriano himself I was so surprised as he was saying I changed my order from collection to delivery I paid for delivery and shur what would that have to do with I not receiving my full order he also added he also added people aren't perfect and it's a mistake he's busy it's Saturday 6pm ringing he hung up the phone on me so rude I was so shocked and hurt and taken back by how he reacted on the phone was shocking to say the least I asked for a refund for the sauces even the two pizza s were burnt and he also said i wasnt excepting an apology when he was losing the run of himself down the phone It didn't sound like anything like an apology i only wanted the order i had paid for he said ring back Monday he's busy and has to go. I rang the delivery person to see how long would I be waiting for the dips for our order she said she had 2 deliveries for a different restaurant in town before she could get back to Adriano s to get the dips ..... what good are they to me now the experience was awful and we won't be back with family or friends ever again
Recommendation from a friend- best pizza by a country mile in Ennis. As good as I’ve had anywhere outside of Italy. Genuine Italian staff with a humongous oven!
I have had food from here many times and the food is ok but used to be better. I collected food today and was overcharged a staggering €6.90 on 2 items based on the prices on their own website. When I phoned to complain, the guy who told me he was the manager said that their website had not been updated with the correct price. This is in breach of the Consumer Protection Act 2007. When asked, he confirmed that the menu cards in the restaurant were correct though. When I pointed it out, he confirmed that I had been overcharged based on these menus too. He couldn 't explain how that happened. Must have been a till glitch he said. Yes he did offer to refund the money to me, but that 's not the point. How many bills of other unsuspecting customers were the victim of a till glitch ?
Pizza terrible. was like cardboard, tasteless extras. generally poor quality. not recommended.the pizza was half cold when I came to pick it up 10 minutes after ordering.
We dropped by in this place to get some takeaway lunch but im not happy to the chicken wings we got coz the one we gave us is so rubbery and dry looks like left over last night we expecting they give us a freshly cook, for future customer better you check first all your order before you leave,for my 14 years in food and beverage (hospitality) experience this is one of the worst chicken wings i ever taste
