Carrie's Cakes - Ennis

So glad we found this little gem! Got a lovely chocolate croissant and espresso my friend got an eclair. Both were to die for tasty. Sat in the window and watched folks stroll by. Lovely place. The nice woman behind the counter also shared some great advice on recommended places to eat and pubs for music.

Carrie made our wedding cake for our big day and from start to finish was fantastic to deal with. Nothing was a problem and the end result was fab! We loved it, our guests loved it and it went down a treat the day after with the cuppa I couldn't recommend Carrie's Cakes highly enough. Thank you so much Carrie

Always great service from Carrie and her team. The whoopie pie is my favorite in the shop and my kids say the brownies are the best ever.
