Feedback gevenOrdered on the app like I always do. When my order didn’t arrive I called the store and they said it was placed as a pick up order. I’m not sure how that worked. After all I had to key in the tip for the delivery driver on the app. Anyways they asked if I wanted to change it to a delivery order. I said yes and they said that they had to void my initial card transaction and do a new one that included the delivery fee. Here it is 3 hours later and no food. I can’t even get hold of the store to complain because they have people in other countries answering the phone. They couldn’t help me because they only take orders, so they connected me back to the store so I can hear a recording about how proud Pizza Hut is to be serving the community since 1968. I’ve spent over $300 ordering Pizza Hut this year alone. I’m taking my business some place else. (I ordered Wingstop and had my food in 40 minutes) Apparently Pizza Hut has too many customers already or they have 3 poor souls that are there on a Friday night getting worked to death. Their food has fallen off the last year or so anyways.
One of the worst places to buy pizza they give u a promise time and it is not the right time and I called to tell them 5hey said 10 more minutes and they hang up on me and the manger has nothing to say when u question her about why your pizza is
Whoever the manager is tonight 12/20/23 is very unprofessional I have been on hold waiting for a refund for over 35 minutes this is
If I graded on food taste alone this review would be a five *5* star but service is a part of every review and poor service cost this location a TWO star deduction.Once or twice per week I order a personal size pizza, to be DELIVERED.. There is never napkins or condiments included in the delivery. But if the pizza is picked up I have access to napkins and condiments.It’s irritating enough to bump down the rating.
Food was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back
