Waffle House - Ennis

The customer service was excellent! The food is still amazing, and although the service can be fast when it's busy, it is what it is. The new kitchen is impressive and really helps the staff perform well. This is definitely my favorite spot for breakfast or a late-night snack.

On the downside, the morale among the staff seemed quite low. When Melissa asked a fellow employee for assistance, the young woman responded with an unpleasant attitude, which was disheartening to witness. Overall, our experience was mixed.

Julia and I absolutely loved enjoying breakfast for dinner at 9:00! The fact that they're open 24/7 is such a great perk!

I have always enjoyed eating here..Great food and friendly service... best hash brews ever!!
