I got told it would be 10.50€ on the phone and it was 16.50€ but the spice bag was nice

Only giving 1 star as I can’t give none… The worst experience I’ve ever had. Never ever complain, we rang at 8pm no sign at 8.45pm, it was a Wednesday night. Was told oh the food is cooking be there short, rang again at 9.10pm to be told did we give eircode and I said yes we ordered an hour ago. Told him if it wasn’t here in 5 mins I would cancel. Driver dropped it off, 1 hour and 15 mins after the order was placed. Spice bag, was absolutely rotten, chicken was actually inedible, tough and stringy, afraid of food poisoning. Receptionist(young lad) as ignorant as it comes. No interest at all. A lot of reviews are the same it seems.
