Feedback gevenI don?t think I?ve ever written a fast food place review but this Taco Bell location was so good and fast.
Breakfast is terrible. You are first shift. How do you get a whole order wrong PLUS still sell me burnt food?!
I understand we?re in an environment with staffing issues across the board, however you have no signage or any indication on your doors to any walk in traffic that your lobby is closed. I was able to place a pick up order through DoorDash today, howeverwhen I arrived the doors were locked. Nobody would answer the phones, and the drive thru easily had 15 cars waiting. Notcustomer friendly for local employees in your area, like me who only has 30 minutes for lunch. Maybe food delivery serviceshould be postponed until adequate staffing levels resume. Shouldn?t be able to advertise for pick up orders when you have towait 20+ minutes in the drive thru.
Never come again. I ordered 6 tacos without beans and 6 tacos with beans I told specifically that we are vegetarian and still they put beaf ??.I asked the Manger who?s is more arrogant and attitude. He said it?s confusion?.. if you have any confusionwhile taking order then ask customer. Although they have made new order but I will not come here again that?s sure. Worstcustomer handling
We've been here a few times, and I swear, every time they manage to get at least one thing wrong with our orders. This last go round I somehow ended up with steak in my burrito instead of chicken, and my nacho fries came without cheese (which... isn'tthat like the whole point of them? , plus I think something is wrong with the soda machine because my drink had almost no colorand tasted like plain soda water. Friendly enough staff but absolutely ZERO attention to detail.
