Garcia's Bistro - Enosburg Falls

I stopped by today after riding my motorcycle from Essex. I was just looking for a place for lunch and was delighted to discover Garcia’s. The homemade chips were warm and crispy, and the pico de gallo was excellent. The chicken enchiladas and the tacos (not made with ground beef) were both flavorful and delicious. We weren't aware of this restaurant before, but we will definitely be back. The atmosphere is cheerful, the staff is very friendly, and the food was really enjoyable.

The empanadas and the rinderfajitas are fantastic! service was great. the place was clean. can't wait to come back!

This restaurant is an excellent choice for genuine Latin cuisine. The quality and quantity of the food are impressive, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I visit here regularly. However, I want to point out that the hours listed on Google are not accurate. I recently went in the afternoon and was informed they wouldn’t open until 5 PM.

An amazing place with a cultural experience. From the outside it appears to be another pizza place. I was so wrong. Well worth the trip at even 30 minutes away. The fajitas were excellent.
