I ordered a pizza via Whatsapp and it never arrived. I wrote to find out what was happening and they told me that they made the shipment to my house and that the delivery called me by phone (from a phone that was not the one from the pizzeria. Without notifying me that they were going to call me from another phone either) and since no one answered, they was. They never tried or thought to ring the doorbell. They also did not notify me through an official channel of the pizzeria that was outside. Oh, and he also told me that they had many orders at the moment implying that they would not send the pizza again and that I had ceased to be a priority as a customer. As expected they didn 't apologize either. In short, I think they should work more to achieve a better experience or communication with and towards the client.
