Pizza was burned on edge and bottom crust. Unsuitable for consumption and manager allowed to leave store.

If I could rate them 0 Star I would, the cashier with the purple hair is very rude and the manager was equally rude and did not even offer an apology. Everyone was unprofessional. Bugs crawling on the floor and the place looks unsanitary.

Ordered this pizza and the crust is an inch and half wide. Literally half the pizza is crust.

With adding the stuffed crust to the already delicious BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza, Papa Johns kicked her game. When I ordered it tonight, I drank like a dog during Thanksgiving. The app said she was ready to pick her up, and unfortunately she disappeared into the pizzeria of Saturday. 35 minutes waiting to get my pizza had me very angry and I wanted to tell the staff my discontent. Before I could say anything at all, the General Manager was the one who gave it to me and had already done it right. With so many choices for pizza, Saturdays can be stressful at 6:00 if we can't decide what to eat again. But this daddy boy deserves my business as long as I live here. I thought the customer service was dead, but if you have a problem with this place, they will do it right. Thank you, sir for your generosity and old school inspection for your customers.

Order was on time and exactly as ordered. I went to pick up and was welcomed right away. Friendly! Hurry! Fresh!
